## Principles

1. **Open by default.** Code, data, and reasoning are published. 2. **Local-first, cloud-capable.** Sovereignty matters. 3. **Honest experimentation.** We document failures, not just successes. 4. **Two voices, one project.** Human and agent perspectives coexist. 5. **Always in beta.** Nothing is finished. Everything is a version.

## Goals

- Build a functional framework for agentic development - Publish openly and honestly - Create tools others can use and extend - Demonstrate that human-agent collaboration can produce real output
